Annual Conference Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and transfer process as clear and fair as possible. Please review the refund schedule and related guidelines below before completing your annual conference registration.

Refund Schedule
  • 30 or more days before the conference: Registrants are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • 15–29 days before the conference: Registrants are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Fewer than 14 days before the conference: Refunds are not available.
Substitutions and Transfers

Registration substitutions or transfers are permitted up to five days before the conference. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Event Cancellation

If the annual conference is canceled, registration fees will either be refunded or may be transferred to a future meeting.

Exceptions

Requests for exceptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Board. Email [email protected] with your request.
